  1. Regulatory Status & Registration

    INNOVAPPSOFT LLC is a company formed in Kentucky, United States. The regulatory information provided by the entity states registration with FinCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, U.S. Department of the Treasury) since August 13, 2026, activity 413: Seller of prepaid access, and Kentucky as the declared state of activity.

    KeyCard BBM is a service operated by INNOVAPPSOFT LLC. The company is responsible for maintaining its registration and complying with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to its services, including those applicable to its seller of prepaid access activity.

    KeyCoin is an internal balance for purchases within the platform. It is not legal tender, it is not a bank deposit, and it does not earn interest.

    Registration with FinCEN is not a banking charter, state money-transmitter license, certification of legitimacy, recommendation, or endorsement by FinCEN, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, or any other government agency. KeyCard BBM is not a bank and KeyCoin is not a bank deposit.

    KeyCoin (KC) is an internal purchase unit exclusive to KeyStore within the KeyCard BBM ecosystem. KeyCoin is not legal tender, is not fiat money, is not a bank deposit, does not generate interest, is not insured by any financial entity and is not accepted by third parties outside the ecosystem. Balances are not insured by the FDIC or any public agency, and are not issued or backed by the United States Government.

    Reference value for purchases: 1 KC = 1 USD. KC are used to obtain products and services on KeyStore within the KeyCard BBM ecosystem. When a purchase is completed, the KC used are deducted from the balance and permanently consumed (burned); they are not reused or circulated as a medium of exchange between users or third parties.

    KeyCoin is used only for purchases on KeyStore. It is not used as a currency for exchange, is not traded in external markets and does not earn returns or interest.

    The only enabled top-up methods are Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and cryptocurrencies, subject to availability, verification, risk controls and provider terms. Top-ups through other methods are not accepted.

  2. Compliance Commitment

    INNOVAPPSOFT LLC is committed to operating KeyCard BBM in accordance with the laws and regulatory requirements applicable to its services.

    Our compliance framework is intended to address, as applicable:

    • Anti-money laundering and financial-crime risks;
    • Customer identity and account verification;
    • Fraud prevention;
    • Sanctions and prohibited-transaction risks;
    • Transaction and account reviews;
    • Recordkeeping and regulatory reporting;
    • Cooperation with lawful regulatory and law-enforcement requests.

    The controls applied to a customer or transaction may vary depending on the service, amount, location, payment method, transaction history, and associated risk.

  3. Customer Identification & Verification

    Depending on the service requested and the associated risk, KeyCard BBM may require customers to provide:

    • Legal name and contact information;
    • Date of birth and residential address;
    • Government-issued identification;
    • A selfie or other proof of identity;
    • Information regarding the purpose of a transaction;
    • Information regarding the source of funds;
    • Additional supporting documentation.

    Access to certain KeyCard BBM services may be restricted, delayed, suspended, or denied until the required verification or review has been completed.

    Providing false, incomplete, altered, or misleading information may result in the rejection of a transaction or restriction of an account.

  4. Sanctions & Prohibited Activity

    KeyCard BBM may not be used to facilitate:

    • Money laundering or terrorist financing;
    • Fraud, scams, identity theft, or unauthorized transactions;
    • Sanctions evasion;
    • Transactions involving prohibited persons or entities;
    • The purchase or sale of illegal goods or services;
    • Transactions prohibited by applicable law;
    • Attempts to conceal the origin, destination, ownership, or purpose of funds.

    INNOVAPPSOFT LLC reserves the right to review, restrict, reject, delay, suspend, or terminate accounts and transactions when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, protect customers, payment partners, and providers, or enforce company policies.

  5. Transaction Review & Recordkeeping

    KeyCard BBM may review account and transaction activity to identify fraud, unauthorized use, unusual patterns, policy violations, or activity that may require further compliance review.

    Customers may be asked to provide additional information or documentation before a transaction is completed.

    INNOVAPPSOFT LLC retains records in accordance with applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, security, and operational requirements.

    Where legally required, relevant activity may be reported to the appropriate government authority. Information relating to regulatory reports is handled in accordance with applicable confidentiality requirements.

  6. Data Protection & Account Security

    INNOVAPPSOFT LLC applies administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect customer and transaction information.

    Access to sensitive information is limited to authorized personnel and service providers with a legitimate operational, security, legal, or compliance need.

    Customers are responsible for protecting their login credentials, authentication methods, devices, and account-access information.

  7. Regulatory & Law-Enforcement Requests

    INNOVAPPSOFT LLC responds to valid legal process and lawful requests from regulators and law-enforcement authorities, subject to applicable confidentiality, privacy, and data-protection requirements.

    Financial institutions, regulators, and law-enforcement agencies may contact our compliance function for appropriate due-diligence or official-request matters.

  8. Blocked services

    Top-ups or deposits originating from services on our internal blocklist are not accepted. Top-ups or deposits identified as originating from these services will be permanently blocked under this policy.
